Welcome to Vectorubi! By accessing or using our image generation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing, or using any services provided by Vectorubi, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use Vectorubi.

2. Service Overview

Vectorubi, operated by PT KOTAXDEV TEKNOLOGI NUSANTARA, provides an image generation service that allows users to create SVG vector illustrations based on text descriptions. Services are offered on a quota-based model, where users purchase a set amount of usage credits (referred to as "quota"), which do not expire. Quota usage is cumulative with additional purchases.

3. Data Collection and Use

• Collected Data: Vectorubi collects the name and email address of users to facilitate service usage and to communicate regarding their accounts.
• Use of Data: User email addresses may be used for promotional activities if users meet specified criteria.
• Data Sharing: User emails will be shared with the payment gateway provider (either Xendit or Lemonsqueezy, based on user choice) to facilitate payment processing.
• Data Deletion: Users can request data deletion by contacting Vectorubi at the provided support email. Upon verification, Vectorubi will delete the requested personal data in compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Liability Limitations

• Ownership of Generated Content: Users retain full ownership of all images generated via Vectorubi. Vectorubi holds no liability over the content created by users and its subsequent use.
• Legal Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the generated images comply with applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Vectorubi is not liable for any legal issues arising from user-generated content.
• Technical Filtering: Vectorubi employs content filtering to prevent the generation of explicit, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited content. Content deemed inappropriate will not be generated.
• Third-Party Disruptions: In the event of technical issues or disruptions caused by third-party providers, such as payment gateways or infrastructure partners, Vectorubi will refund unused quota, less any applicable transaction fees.

5. Service Modifications

Vectorubi may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and users are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes. By continuing to use Vectorubi services after changes are posted, you agree to accept the modified terms. If you do not accept any changes, you must discontinue use of the service.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

• One-Time Payment: Users purchase quota through a one-time payment, and quotas do not expire.
• Quota Accumulation: Additional quota purchased will be added to the existing quota balance.
• Refunds: Refunds are available only if the user has not downloaded or generated any images after a quota purchase. In such cases, Vectorubi will refund 100% of the purchase amount, plus any applicable transaction fees.

7. User-Generated Content

All content generated by users through Vectorubi is the responsibility of the user. Vectorubi is not liable for any actions, claims, or consequences related to user-generated content. Users may use their generated content for commercial purposes without any restrictions.

8. Account Termination

Vectorubi reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account, with or without notice, if there is a belief that the user has violated these Terms of Service or engaged in activities that may harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• Vectorubi's Intellectual Property: All proprietary elements of Vectorubi, including software, website design, and platform functionality, remain the property of PT KOTAXDEV TEKNOLOGI NUSANTARA. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the platform.
• Restrictions: Users may not duplicate, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute Vectorubi’s platform components without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vectorubi provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for a high level of service quality, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for specific user needs. Users assume all risks associated with the use of Vectorubi.

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by the parties, and as required by Indonesian law.
